A Dutch course that brings people together

Our group courses bring international people with different backgrounds and experiences into the same classroom. You’ll practise Dutch with your teacher and fellow students, learn from one another, and meet people who are also building a life in the Netherlands.

That shared experience makes lessons lively and enjoyable. It can also help you grow your personal and professional network while you learn Dutch. You may arrive for a language course and leave with a few new connections, too.

Learn with native Dutch speakers and NT2 teachers

Our lessons are taught by native Dutch speakers and teachers of Dutch as a second language (Nederlands als tweede taal, or NT2). They explain the language clearly, encourage you to use it, and create a welcoming atmosphere in which you can ask questions and learn from mistakes.

Lessons are interactive and focused on communication. Alongside grammar and vocabulary, you’ll practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing through situations you may recognise from daily life, work, and study. We want you to understand how Dutch works—and feel comfortable using it outside the classroom.

Dutch courses from A1 to B2, plus private lessons

Whether you’re learning your first Dutch words or working towards more fluent communication, you can find a course that matches your level:

• A1 beginner courses help you build a foundation for everyday Dutch.

• A2 courses help you expand that foundation and handle a wider range of familiar situations.

• B1 and B2 courses help you express ideas in more detail and communicate with greater confidence and precision.

• Private Dutch lessons offer an individual approach, including C-level lessons tailored to the needs of professionals.

Build skills for the inburgering language exams

If you’re working towards your Dutch civic integration exams (inburgeringsexamens), our courses help you develop the four language skills assessed in the language exams: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

You’ll practise these skills throughout your course while learning Dutch you can use in real life. The exams and level you need depend on your individual integration requirements, so you can choose a course that supports your language goals.

Our Rotterdam school is at Weena 25, 3013 CB Rotterdam, in the city centre and just a few minutes’ walk from Rotterdam Centraal Station.

In Amsterdam, you’ll find us at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 104–108, 1012 SG Amsterdam, in the heart of the city.

Both locations make it easy to add an in-person Dutch class to your week and learn alongside other international residents.
