📘 Elementary Dutch Class (A2.1) – Mondays and Wednesdays 📍 Location: Rotterdam – Weena 25 Strengthen your Dutch skills and continue building confidence in everyday communication. Our A2.1 Elementary Dutch Class is designed for students who already completed the A1 level and want to further improve their Dutch in a practical and structured way. The course focuses on expanding your vocabulary, improving grammar knowledge, and developing more confidence in speaking and understanding Dutch in daily situations. You’ll attend 6 dynamic lessons, each lasting 2 hours and 45 minutes, held twice a week. Through interactive exercises, conversation practice, listening activities, and real-life role-plays, you’ll continue improving your fluency step by step. Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DUTCH CLASSES PARTICIPANTS 1. REGISTRATION To enroll in our language classes, please complete the registration process by filling out the sign-up form on our website. For group courses, the minimum admission age is 18 years, and minimum A1 English level is required. Students who have developed their proficiency elsewhere may undergo an intake procedure for advanced group courses. 2. PLACEMENT Placement in a group course will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If a third party, such as an employer, is covering the cost, we require a confirmation e-mail from the company. In the event that the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, participants will be placed in order of their payment date. 3. CANCELLATION In the event of course cancellation, Dutch Classes will promptly notify participants, no later than 2 days before the scheduled course date, either via email or in writing. In such cases, course fees will be fully refunded. Reasons for group course cancellations may include insufficient student applications or the prolonged illness of a teacher without a replacement available. If a student cancels a course 10 days before the course start date, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made closer to the course start date will be subject to a 60% refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or post, and the date of receipt will be considered the notification date. Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after the course has commenced. 4. MISSED LESSONS For missed group lessons, Dutch Classes is not obligated to provide financial compensation or any other form of make-up sessions, such as transferring to another course or catching up on missed lessons in another group. 5. FINAL PROVISION In situations where an occurrence directly impacts the objectives and practices of Dutch Classes and these general terms prove to be incomplete, you may submit a written or email appeal to the director of Dutch Classes. The institute will handle the appeal in a fair and reasonable manner.
