📘 Intermediate Dutch Class (B1.2) — Tuesdays 📍 Location: Rotterdam – Weena 25 Continue your B1 journey and strengthen your Dutch communication skills! Our B1.2 Intermediate Dutch Class is designed for learners who have successfully completed B1.1 and want to continue developing their ability to communicate more fluently and confidently in Dutch. During this course, you will further expand your vocabulary, refine your grammar skills, and practice discussing more complex topics such as opinions, experiences, work situations, and everyday life in Dutch. The focus is on helping you communicate more naturally and independently. You will attend 6 structured lessons, each lasting 2 hours and 45 minutes, held once per week on Tuesdays. This schedule allows you to steadily build your Dutch skills while maintaining a comfortable learning pace. During this level, we will work through Chapters 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the textbook Nederlands in Actie, focusing on important B1 grammar structures, practical vocabulary, and communication skills needed to function more confidently in Dutch-speaking environments. Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DUTCH CLASSES PARTICIPANTS 1. REGISTRATION To enroll in our language classes, please complete the registration process by filling out the sign-up form on our website. For group courses, the minimum admission age is 18 years, and minimum A1 English level is required. Students who have developed their proficiency elsewhere may undergo an intake procedure for advanced group courses. 2. PLACEMENT Placement in a group course will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If a third party, such as an employer, is covering the cost, we require a confirmation e-mail from the company. In the event that the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, participants will be placed in order of their payment date. 3. CANCELLATION In the event of course cancellation, Dutch Classes will promptly notify participants, no later than 2 days before the scheduled course date, either via email or in writing. In such cases, course fees will be fully refunded. Reasons for group course cancellations may include insufficient student applications or the prolonged illness of a teacher without a replacement available. If a student cancels a course 10 days before the course start date, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made closer to the course start date will be subject to a 60% refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or post, and the date of receipt will be considered the notification date. Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after the course has commenced. 4. MISSED LESSONS For missed group lessons, Dutch Classes is not obligated to provide financial compensation or any other form of make-up sessions, such as transferring to another course or catching up on missed lessons in another group. 5. FINAL PROVISION In situations where an occurrence directly impacts the objectives and practices of Dutch Classes and these general terms prove to be incomplete, you may submit a written or email appeal to the director of Dutch Classes. The institute will handle the appeal in a fair and reasonable manner.
